Duties:

• Provide primary care services to patients with developmental disabilities, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients with special needs, such as memory care and dementia care.

• Prescribe and manage psychopharmacological medications for patients with behavioral health conditions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and deliver comprehensive care to patients.

• Perform laboratory tests and interpret results to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Ensure infection control measures are followed in all patient care settings.

• Assist with sterile processing of medical equipment and supplies.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a provider in a similar setting.

• Strong knowledge and experience in providing care for patients with developmental disabilities.

• Proficient in psychopharmacology and experienced in prescribing and managing medications for behavioral health conditions.

• Familiarity with memory care and dementia care practices.

• Experience working in a laboratory setting and conducting diagnostic tests.

• Knowledge of sterile processing techniques and infection control protocols.
