Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of this position. This is a role that requires strong strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills.

Duties:

• Verify eligibility for all patients

• Quote benefits to a patient, if needed.

• Obtain authorizations

• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.

• Work Independently

Qualifications:

• 1 year medical insurance verification experience required

• 1 year medical insurance authorization experience required

• Medical terminology experience required

• Ability to understand and break down a patients benefit plan.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently or with a team.

• Ability to review records and identify issues for/with authorizations

• Proficient in office systems such as Google office systems
